RENTAL INFORMATION

​

Our 2,500 sq. ft facility has the following features and is available for individual and full facility rental.

* 2 state-of-the art dance or multi-purpose rooms with Marley Dance floors, mirrors, sound systems (iPod and laptop ready), ballet barres and tumbling mats. 

* Professional sprung floors in both studios. 

* Expansive back lobby and two viewing  areas.

*Ample parking in the complex parking lot in front and in back of the studio. 

* Two bathrooms.

* Studio availability subject to change.  Currently available Monday - Friday 8:00AM-4PM &  after 8:00PM (on most days)

Saturday only available after 6PM and  Sunday after 1:00PM 

* All bookings must be out at the appointed time with studio returned to in its original condition. (Please factor in set up and clean up in your booking times.)

* Long-term rentals must sign a lease agreement and provide proof of insurance. Rental rates negotiable and subject to change. 

* Daily rentals must be paid in full at time of rental. Studio spaces will not be held without advance payment. 

* Full studio rental available. 

*Production or filming rates vary.
