On The Edge Dance Studio was founded in 2014 by professional dancers and choreographers
Kim Borgaro and Robert Gilliam, who set out to build something they hadn't found elsewhere: a studio where serious training and genuine warmth aren't a trade-off.
Today OTE serves dancers ages 3 through adult across more than 40 weekly classes — contemporary, ballet, pointe, jazz, hip-hop, breaking, acro, and more — alongside a pre-professional company program for dancers ready to train at the next level.
What hasn't changed since day one: every class, at every level, is taught with the same commitment to proper technique. We just meet each dancer where they are, and grow from there.
Two Paths, One Studio
Train for fun. Train for the stage. Train for both.
Not every dancer walks in the door wanting the same thing — and they shouldn't have to. At OTE, recreational dancers and pre-professional program/OTE Dance Company, K-Pop program and Hip-Hop program dancers take classes side by side on the same technical foundation, each on the path that fits them.

Our OTE Dance Companies (Future, Rise, Edge, Juniors, and Seniors), K-Pop (UnitE, Sweet Chaos, Slay Squad) and Hip-Hop (The Crew) are dedicated dancers ages 7–18 in a structured track toward advanced technique, artistry, and performance — without losing the supportive culture that got them there.
