More information about tickets will be released after we receive all of the dancer commitment forms
DANCER ENROLLMENTS, ATTENDANCE & ABSENCES:
All dancers performing in the show will be required to ENROLL in Winter and Spring Sessions. Dancers that attend class on a drop-in basis will not be permitted to perform in the show unless they enroll in the full session.
Once we receive a commitment form, dancers will be expected to participate in the recital. To ensure our students and instructors have a positive performance experience, we ask our students to commit to learning their choreography thoroughly before dancing for an audience. We feel that consistent attendance and practice, as well as support at home and in the classroom gives dancers the best chance to enjoy the art of dance.
If a dancer misses multiple classes before the show, the teacher may pull them from the dance or limit their participation in the piece/choreography. If you know in advance of any scheduling conflicts that you will be missing during the Winter & Spring Sessions, we ask that you let the teachers and/or front desk know in advance of your absences.
A reminder that the studio will be closed for a 2-Week Spring Break March 30-April 10.
We recommend that dancers perform in no more than 6 pieces in the show. If a dancer wants so perform in more pieces this will need to be approved by Kim/Robert.
LATE ENROLLMENT (AFTER FEBRUARY 16)
If a dancer enrolls in a class or decides to participate in the recital AFTER the commitment & costume fee due date on February 16, we can not guarantee a spot in the show. Once the teacher approves that the dancer can participate in the the show,we will work with the dancers to place a late costume order.
