Bringing the the K-Pop Beat to OTE
What started as a single class has grown into one of the most electric programs at On The Edge Dance Studio. Our K-Pop program began with a handful of dancers who simply loved the music and the movement — and over the years, that passion has multiplied. Class by class, season by season, our K-Pop family has grown into a thriving community of dancers of all ages and skill levels, united by sharp choreography, high energy, and a love of performance.
Today, we're thrilled to announce our biggest expansion yet.
More Classes Than Ever
To keep up with the growing demand, we've added even more K-Pop classes to our schedule — giving dancers more chances to train, more styles to explore, and more room to grow. Whether you're stepping onto the dance floor for the first time or you've been perfecting your choreography for years, there's a class built for you.
Expanded Performance Groups
Our performance groups have leveled up too. With new and expanded teams, dancers now have more opportunities to showcase their skills on stage, compete, and shine in front of an audience. These groups are where technique meets artistry — where dancers push each other to hit every count, nail every formation, and bring high-energy K-Pop performances to life.

K-Pop Performance Groups: Slay Squad, Sweet Chaos, Unit(e)
Get ready to bring the energy and attitude of K-Pop to the stage! OTE Dance Studio is home to three dynamic K-Pop performance
groups that let dancers channel their favorite idols while developing strong performance skills.
All our K-pop groups perform at OTE events and community showcases, giving dancers the chance to light up the stage and be part of a supportive, fun, and high-energy dance family.
Each company has their own requirements in terms of how many class hours they must take/week and also how many rehearsal hours they have/week.
Dancers must audition each year to be a member of our Performance Groups.

K-POP GROUPS
Slay Squad
Sweet Chaos
UnitE
K-Pop Slay Squad (ages 7-10)
Slay Squad is perfect for young dancers who are ready to shine! Members learn high-energy K-Pop choreography, build confidence, and develop stage presence while performing exciting routines inspired by the latest hits.
DANCER REQUIREMENTS: Minimum 2 hours a week
* 1 K-Pop Class | Wednesday 4:00-5:00PM
* Friday Company Rehearsal | Friday 6:00-7:00PM
* Additional classes are recommended but not required.
* Additional rehearsals will be added before each performance.
* Mandatory participation in company performances.
K-Pop group members are required to pay a set monthly tuition payment.
K-Pop Sweet Chaos (ages 10-15)
Sweet Chao is designed for dancers with at least 2 years of K-Pop experience who are ready to level up. This high-energy class focuses on dynamic K-Pop choreography, musicality, and performance quality. Dancers will build confidence, sharpen stage presence, and perform exciting routines inspired by today’s hottest K-Pop hits.
DANCER REQUIREMENTS: Minimum 2 hours a week
* 1 K-Pop Class | Friday 5:00-6:00PM
* Friday Company Rehearsal | Friday 6:00-7:00PM
* Additional classes are recommended but not required.
* Additional rehearsals will be added before each performance.
* Mandatory participation in company performances.
K-Pop group members are required to pay a set monthly tuition payment.
K-Pop Unit(e) (ages 11-17)
Unite takes K-Pop performance to the next level for teen dancers. This group focuses on mastering intricate choreography, precision, and performance skills while embracing the teamwork and passion that define K-Pop culture.
DANCER REQUIREMENTS: Minimum 2 hours a week
* 1 K-Pop Class | Monday 6:00-7:00PM
* Company Rehearsal | Monday 7:00-8:00PM
* Additional classes are recommended but not required.
* Additional rehearsals will be added before each performance.
* Mandatory participation in company performances.
K-Pop group members are required to pay a set monthly tuition payment.
