We offer a range of dance classes for ages 3-17
Krump is a street dance popularized in the United States that is characterized by free, expressive, exaggerated, and highly energetic movement. The African-American youths who started krumping saw the dance as a way for them to escape gang life and "to release anger, aggression and frustration positively, in a non-violent way." DRESS CODE: Open to the discretion of the dance. Sneakers/tennis shoes required.
A high-energy Jazz dance class for the beginning/intermediate student that will include basic dance technique & body alignment, body conditioning, stretch & strengthening, musicality, rhythm & stylization, fun & innovative choreography! DRESS CODE: leotard or form-fitting dance top with dance shorts or leggings, Jazz shoes, dance paws, or barefoot
A high-energy dance class for the intermediate/advanced dancer emphasizing technical dance training and exercises including across the floor patterns and brain work (elements such as leaps, turns, floor-work, etc.), body conditioning, stronger focus on increased flexibility & strength, fun & innovative choreography with more technical difficulty & focus on musical dynamics, stylization & showmanship DRESS CODE: leotard or form-fitting dance top with dance shorts or leggings, Ja
